Hearty Toast of your choice ( We like multigrain, Wheat, Ezekiel)

Fresh avocado spread on top toast

Place your egg over easy ontop

Sprinkle Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning on top (we like Mrs Dash due to the seasonings being salt free)
